POM Tutorials
I built a companion platform for the INSEAD MBA core course in Process & Operations Management. The platform organizes tutorial sessions around process improvement, queues and variability, newsvendor models, and exam preparation, with recordings, slides, review sheets, worked solutions, interactive practice problems, and past-exam material.

Newsvendor Game
I developed The Newsvendor Challenge, an interactive game in which participants make inventory decisions before demand is revealed and receive immediate feedback across changing market conditions.
Unlike the full tutorial platform, the game is publicly accessible.
